Banana, Coconut & Grapefruit Breakfast


The simple but really really healthy life!

The ingredients you will require:

1/4 Grapefruit
1 Banana
1 dessert spoon Mulberry Leaf Powder
1 dessert spoon Moringa Leaf Powder
2 dessert spoon Carob Powder
A sprinkle of Desiccated Coconut
3/4 mug Rosemary & Saffron tea*

*denotes non organic ingredient.

Equipment required:

Dessert Spoon
Blender
Mug / Glass Cup

To make this smoothie:

Chop the banana and grapefruit. Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend for about 1 minute. Serve with a spoon in a small cup and enjoy 🙂 Simple.

Green Saffron Smoothie

Healthy and delicious drink.

Ingredients:

1 cup Saffron Tea, cooled
1/2 Organic Avocado
1/4 Organic Grapefruit
1tbsp Organic Raw Cacao Powder / Moringa Leaf powder / Mulberry Leaf powder / Baobab Fruit powder

Method:

Pre-make the tea using a pinch of Saffron filaments. Add boiled water to the Saffron and allow to cool.
Spoon out the Avocado and the Grapefruit and chop both.
Measure out the powders and add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
Pour into a glass.
Sit down, breathe and enjoy!
